The Invest Europe Handbook of Professional Standards is a demonstration of the association’s commitment to developing and upholding the highest industry standards. Agreed by both our private equity manager and investor members, it is the foundation of Invest Europe training courses.
The Handbook provides accessible, practical and clear guidance on the principles of governance, transparency and accountability that all Invest Europe members must abide by. Updated on a regular basis, it focuses on the relationship between private equity managers and their investors, and between managers and the companies they back.
In addition to the Code of Conduct, the Handbook covers specific Guidance for Placement Advisers, the 2018 Invest Europe Investor Reporting Guidelines and the IPEV Valuation Guidelines.
